Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services offered on this website. By accessing or using Casino Days (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Player,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) and Casino Days (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with your registration, access to, and use of the gambling services, games, promotions, and other features available on osbbc.ca (the “Platform”).
1.2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, clicking “I Accept,” or by using any part of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read these Terms in full;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
- You consent to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy;
- These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Casino Days.
1.3. Amendments
Casino Days reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4. Language
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Account” means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
- “Balance” means the total of real-money funds held in a Player’s Account at any given time.
- “Bonus Funds” means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player’s Account.
- “Casino Days” or “the Platform” refers to the online casino services operated at osbbc.ca.
- “CAD” means Canadian Dollar, the primary operational currency of the Platform.
- “Game” means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, or other wagering product made available on the Platform.
- “KYC” (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and verification procedures required by Casino Days.
- “Player” means any registered individual user of the Platform.
- “RNG” (Random Number Generator) refers to the certified software used to ensure random and fair game outcomes.
- “Self-Exclusion” means a voluntary agreement by a Player to restrict their access to the Platform for a defined period.
- “Wagering Requirement” means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
- “Withdrawal” means the transfer of real-money funds from a Player’s Account to their nominated payment method.
3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1. Age Requirement
Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Casino Days employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
3.2. Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is made available to Players located in Canada (“Eligible Jurisdiction”). It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using our services is lawful in your province or territory of residence. Casino Days does not knowingly accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close Accounts of Players who provide false information regarding their location.
3.3. Registration Process
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:
- Full legal name;
- Date of birth;
- Residential address;
- Valid email address;
- Contact telephone number;
- Preferred currency (CAD).
You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure.
3.4. One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Permanent closure of all associated Accounts;
- Forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and pending winnings;
- Recovery of any withdrawals made from duplicate Accounts.
If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, please contact us at support@osbbc.ca immediately.
3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Casino Days is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant environment. We may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity, address, and payment method:
- Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, national identity card);
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
- Proof of Payment Method: Copy of credit/debit card (partially masked), screenshot of e-wallet account, or bank statement;
- Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of funds used for gambling, where required.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in any verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
3.6. Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account:
- Individuals under 18 years of age;
- Individuals subject to a Self-Exclusion order with Casino Days or any third-party exclusion programme;
- Employees, contractors, or associates of Casino Days, or their immediate family members;
- Individuals located in jurisdictions where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Account Management
4.1. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:
- Select a strong, unique password;
- Not share your login details with any third party;
- Log out of your Account after each session;
- Notify Casino Days immediately at support@osbbc.ca if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Casino Days will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2. Account Currency
The Platform operates in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and are the Player’s sole responsibility.
4.3. Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Casino Days may charge an inactivity fee of CAD $5 per month against inactive Account balances, provided the Player has been notified. If an Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be permanently closed. Winnings and Bonus Funds in inactive Accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
4.4. Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support@osbbc.ca. Pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure. Casino Days reserves the right to close any Account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory guidance.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods
Casino Days supports the following payment methods for Players in Canada:

Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. Casino Days does not accept cash payments. All payment methods must be registered in the Player’s own name.
5.2. Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is CAD $10. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, payment providers and individual account limits may apply. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Casino Days does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.3. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is CAD $20. A maximum withdrawal limit of CAD $10,000 per week applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Casino Days reserves the right to implement enhanced withdrawal limits for high-value accounts or in exceptional circumstances.
Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:
- Full KYC verification completed (see Section 3.5);
- All applicable Wagering Requirements for Bonus Funds satisfied;
- No active fraud investigation or Account review;
- Withdrawal made to same payment method used for deposit, where applicable.

Processing times are estimates from the time of internal approval and are subject to your financial institution’s own timelines.
5.5. Anti-Money Laundering
Casino Days complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Winnings may not be withdrawn until the source of deposited funds has been verified to our satisfaction. We may delay, withhold, or reverse transactions where AML concerns arise.
5.6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a transaction on your Account while the relevant funds remain in your Balance constitutes a breach of these Terms. Casino Days reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount, and pursue all available legal remedies in such circumstances.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1. General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by Casino Days are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2. Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
- Standard Wagering Requirements are stated on each promotion page and typically range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount;
- Only wagers placed with eligible games contribute toward the Wagering Requirement.
6.3. Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The following standard contribution rates apply unless otherwise specified:

6.4. Bonus Validity & Expiry
- Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise;
- Free Spins expire 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise;
- Unplayed or unexpired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account on expiry, together with any associated winnings that have not cleared Wagering Requirements.
6.5. Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device unless specifically stated otherwise;
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once;
- Casino Days reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- In the event of suspected bonus abuse, including the use of automated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, Casino Days may void all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.6. Real Money Priority
Where a Player’s Account contains both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will be used first, unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.
7. Games & Fair Play
7.1. Game Availability
Casino Days offers a range of casino games including video slots, classic slots, jackpot slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games. The availability of specific games may vary depending on your province or territory of residence and may be subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.
7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)
All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the relevant game information pages.
7.3. Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the integrity of a game outcome, Casino Days reserves the right to:
- Void the affected game round and return all wagers to the Player’s Account;
- Correct an erroneously credited win to reflect the true game outcome;
- Temporarily suspend a game pending investigation and rectification.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Casino Days will not be liable for any loss arising from technical errors or system malfunctions beyond a refund of the affected wagers.
7.4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotions;
- Collusion with other Players or exploitation of game vulnerabilities;
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or tampering with the Platform;
- Fraudulent behaviour, including use of stolen payment credentials;
- Exploiting software errors or displaying abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
7.5. Game Rules
Each game is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the matter relates specifically to game mechanics, in which case the individual game rules govern.
8. Tournaments & Lotteries
8.1. Participation
Casino Days may from time to time offer Player tournaments, leaderboard competitions, prize draws, and lottery-style promotions. Participation in these events is voluntary and governed by the specific promotional terms published for each event.
8.2. Tournament Rules
- Eligibility for tournaments is subject to the Player meeting all applicable registration and KYC requirements;
- Tournament prizes will be credited within 72 hours of tournament conclusion, unless stated otherwise;
- In the event of a tie, prizes will be shared equally among tied participants unless the specific tournament rules provide otherwise;
- Casino Days reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend any tournament at its sole discretion.
8.3. Prize Draws & Lotteries
Where the Platform offers prize draws, the following conditions apply:
- Entries are allocated based on criteria stated in the promotion;
- Winners are selected at random under fair and transparent conditions;
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise;
- Casino Days will notify winners by email to the address registered on their Account.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, sound recordings, and database compilations, is the exclusive property of Casino Days or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. Limited Licence
Casino Days grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content;
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content;
- Use any automated data collection tools on the Platform;
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
9.3. User-Generated Content
By submitting any content to the Platform (including reviews, feedback, or chat messages), you grant Casino Days a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and adapt that content for business purposes. You warrant that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. No Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2. Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Casino Days’ total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3. Excluded Losses
In no event shall Casino Days be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or business opportunity;
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
- Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform;
- Interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party system failures).
10.4. Force Majeure
Casino Days shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government action, regulatory change, or internet infrastructure failure.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Complaints Procedure

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Where a complaint requires more extensive investigation, we will keep you informed of progress throughout.
11.2. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint following Casino Days’ internal review, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels. Details of any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service will be communicated to you as part of the complaints process.
11.3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
12. Health & Safety
12.1. Player Wellbeing
Casino Days is committed to the health and wellbeing of all Players. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties.

14. Miscellaneous
14.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Casino Days with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
14.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3. Waiver
Casino Days’ failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Casino Days’ right to enforce it on a future occasion.
14.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without Casino Days’ prior written consent. Casino Days may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
14.5. Third-Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Casino Days does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any content, privacy practices, or services offered by third parties. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s own terms and conditions.
